The short version: be honest with us and we will always be fair with you. The longer version follows.
Who you are dealing with
Heart in Hand Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17321499.
Workshops
Workshop and training course places are paid for when you book, and places are limited so that sessions stay small. If you cannot come, tell us as soon as you can and we will sort it out with you fairly, whether that means another date or your money back. If we have to cancel or rearrange a session, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
Support groups
Support groups are always free. We ask you to reserve a place only so the group stays a size that works for the people in it. If you cannot come, letting us know frees your place for someone else, but nothing bad happens if you simply cannot face it that day.
Appointments
One to one appointments begin with a free first conversation. After that, fees are agreed with you before any work starts, so there are never surprises on a bill.
