What we collect and why

When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, your message, and the contact details you choose to give us. We use them to reply to you, and for nothing else.

When you book or reserve a place at a workshop or support group we collect your name, contact details and the session you are booking, so we can hold your place and reach you if anything about the session changes. Where a workshop is paid, payment is handled by our payment provider and we never see or store your card details.

The lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to you and running the sessions you ask to join.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services that run this website and its bookings on our behalf. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Sensitive things you tell us

The nature of this work means your message might mention a death, an illness or your own health. Anything like that stays between you and the person helping you. It is kept only as part of the conversation you started and never used for anything else.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you around the internet. If we ever add analytics to understand how the site is used, this page will say so plainly and you will be given a real choice first.

How long we keep things

Messages and booking records are kept only as long as they are needed, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email consultesh@hotmail.co.uk and it will be done. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
